Italian Player Support Agent
We are looking for an Italian Player Support Agent to join our friendly support team based in Gibraltar. The ideal candidate will speak Italian as a native language and be fluent in English. Previous customer service experience will be preferable.
Player Support Representatives
We are looking for Fluent English speaking Player Support Representatives who are passionate about providing the very best level of customer service. Applicants must be PC literate, experience preferred but not essential as fully training provided.
Web Designer
We are looking for an inspired, web-loving individual to join our small, but highly motivated Design Team. Responsibilities will include producing creative for both online and print media across all our brands, making enhancements to our current websites and updating site content. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a good understanding of XHTML and CSS and favours hand written code over WYSIWYG software. They will need to be proficient in Adobe CS products (primarily Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator). Some experience with PHP, Javascript and/or 3D Studio Max would be beneficial.
PHP Web Developer
Are you a PHP whizz kid? 32Red is looking for a capable and committed PHP developer to complement its design team, delivering new functionality and improvements to its front-end applications. The chosen candidate will need to possess working experience with PHP, as well as a good grasp of XHTML and CSS (complying with web standards). Familiarity with OOP is preferable; so is competence in Javascript / AJAX.
Customer Retention Manager
We are looking for an experienced Customer Retention Manager to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the role would involve managing the overall retention strategy across all casino brands, poker, bingo and sports betting. The ideal candidate would have experience of a similar role within online gaming, work well within a team and have experience in managing others.
Italian Marketing Manager
Following our recent application for an Italian remote gaming licence, we are looking to extend the marketing team by appointing a Marketing Manager to specialise in Italy. The role would involve the recruitment and retention of Italian players, as well as the management of external agencies and affiliates. The ideal candidate would speak Italian as a native language and be fluent in English. Experience in a previous marketing position, copywriting skills or general experience within online gaming would be an advantage.
Mobile Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join the marketing team and drive the revenue and continued growth from mobile devices. The role would involve the recruitment and retention of mobile players across all of our products, liaising with our software suppliers on new release launches and managing external media partners. The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, understand the latest mobile technology and work well within a team.
