Player Responsibility

A Player found to be registered with an inappropriate or offensive name, or having submitted false registration details may be suspended and / or excluded from further play / competitions.
A Player may request to be excluded from 32Red at any time.
Account Number and Password
It is the responsibility of each Player to keep their personal Account Number and Password confidential. Trafalgar is not liable for a Player's account that has been used without the authority of the registered Player.
Trafalgar reserves the right to suspend a Player's account indefinitely if any of these Terms & Conditions are breached. Trafalgar will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the Player that may result in the Player not receiving their withdrawn funds. Trafalgar may place a stop on payments to a Player or block a Player's account if it considers that payment or continuance of the account is affected by illegality or constitutes an offence at law.
Information disclosed by the Player will not be sold or distributed to any third party.
Disconnections
If you are disconnected from the system during play, the following rules apply:
- If you are disconnected during play, the table is notified via the game History box.
- If you are disconnected during the play of a hand and have placed a bet, you have thirty seconds to reconnect. If you do not reconnect within 30 seconds, you cannot rejoin the table, and are considered all-in.
Note:
There is a limit to the number of times that a player can call all-in in a 24 hour period. When this limit is exceeded, the player's hand folds and any money the player has contributed to the pot is forfeited.
Make sure that you are aware of your all-in status. When you have reached the all-in limit, you must request the limit to be reset. To request that the limit be reset, do the following:
- Right-click the game table graphic. A pop-up menu is displayed.
- Select the Request all-in reset option. Your all-in limit will then be reset to the default limit.
Liability Limitation
Trafalgar cannot and does not guarantee that files available for downloading from 32Red will be free of viruses, or other codes that may corrupt or destroy properties. Players are responsible for implementing procedures for maintaining a means external to the website for the reconstruction of any lost data.
Trafalgar will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damage (including but not limited to damage for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the website including information or transactions provided or downloaded from 32Red, or any delay of such information or service even if Trafalgar or its authorised representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damage, or any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded from 32Red.
Winnings
Winnings are subject to Trafalgar verification procedures before payment is made. Trafalgar may charge a fee for handling payments by cheque or by Bank Transfer.
Trafalgar synchronise the 32Red servers in line with UK time throughout the year. Trafalgar internal operating procedures initiate payment processing from the servers, daily at 03:59.
The maximum payout for any one 24-hour period for any one customer is £60,000. This excludes winnings on 32Red's progressive casino games, payouts of which are governed by the Jackpot amount.
If while playing at 32Red a player wins a sum regarded by Trafalgar as worthy of publicity the player agrees to be available for any event arranged by Trafalgar in relation to the win. At all times Trafalgar will do its utmost to respect the player's privacy.
Privacy Policy
Personal information supplied at the time of registration or at any time thereafter will only be used for the purpose of determining the legitimacy of account registrations and activity unless Trafalgar are required by law to supply information to appropriate authorities for the prevention and detection of crime.
