In the event that it is determined that a Player has been involved in fraudulent activity within the service, the Management of the 32Red Multi-Player Poker Room have the right to suspend a player's account indefinitely. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Poker Room Management.
It is in everyone's interests that fraudulent monies do not enter the Poker environment. In order to protect players from fraud, 32Red has a strict Poker banking regime. All players are required to submit evidence of identification, residence and card ownership. For more details on Poker banking, click here.
Players are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of their account information and passwords. The 32Red Poker Room is not responsible for the unauthorised use of the player's account or any losses that may arise from such use.
