1. The Grand Slam of Slots Warm Ups are only available to players who have qualified for a Grand Slam of Slots Final entry prior to 21st October 2009.
2. The Grand Slam of Slots rebuy prizes will be issued as a cash refund on rebuys (or combination of rebuys and continues) in the Final. To claim your refund, email our Player Support team before midnight on Sunday 8th November 2008 and allow 48hrs for the refund to be credited.
3. Players may win more than one prize on multiple tournaments. Your total will be added together and issued as one refund when your claim request is processed. The refund payment cannot be split into smaller amounts.
4. This promotion is restricted to one player per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
