1. Only players invited via email can claim the 10% Cashback Bonus.
2. The promotion is only valid for sessions that start after 00:01 (UK Time) Friday 10th April and end before 23:59 (UK Time) on Monday 13th April 2009.
3. The Cashback Bonus is 10% of total net losses made across all non-progressive games during the promotional period, any play outside of this time will not be counted.
4. Any Player who breaks even or achieves a net profit during the promotion is not eligible for the Cashback Bonus.
5. The 10% Cashback Bonus is capped at a maximum of 200 units of currency per player, losses generating a bonus of 10 units of currency or less will not be credited.
6. To qualify, players must make a deposit of 32 units of currency and place a minimum of 100 bets during the promotional period.
7. Qualifying players will be sent an email with details on how to claim the bonus on Tuesday 11th April. 
8. Players claiming the 10% cashback bonus must place bets to the value of 10x the bonus before a withdrawal request can be made.  Even Money bets at the Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette tables, gamble features and bets on Progressive Jackpots do not count towards the wagering requirement of this bonus.
9. This promotion is restricted to one player per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required
10. The casino may, at their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of new customers to participate in this new promotion, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users. No correspondence will be entered into. 32Red's decision will be considered final in the event of a dispute.
