You move up through the tiers automatically as Red Rubies are earned. You need to earn the required Red Rubies above to remain on the same tier the following month.
Tier Benefits
Depending on your loyalty level, you can earn different benefits, including birthday bonuses and more. Bonus Points are calculated on the number of Red Rubies that are accumulated during the month. Check out the table below for details...

How to redeem your Red Rubies...
Redeeming your Rubies is easy, just look for the "
" button in the casino software Lobby, or choose "My Account" from the navigation bar. Red Rubies can also be used as a deposit option in the Banking Section. Please note you can only redeem in units of 1000 Rubies.
Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is restricted to one customer per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.

- Red Rubies expire 90 days after you last played in the casino. Red Rubies that are not redeemed will be judged void and non-redeemable.
- Birthday Bonuses will be automatically awarded when a player logs into the casino on his/her birthday. Players must contact player support before starting to play if they do not wish to play the Birthday Bonus.
- Red Rubies redeemded for casino credits will be credited to a player's Bonus Balance and are subject to our bonus terms and playthrough requirements before being withdrawn. Click here for details. This rule does not apply to Club Rouge members.
