Classic Blackjack
Pure Blackjack Gold at 32Red Casino
Try your hand at defeating our dealer, Patsy Kensit, to 21 and win yourself a fortune.
As with all blackjack, the concept revolves around forming a hand to beat the dealers. This can be done by building a hand that, when combined, is equal to, but no higher than 21. A hand greater than 21 will result in the player or dealer going "bust and the former losing their bet and the dealer paying out at 1:1.
A play must "twist" cards to build hands and can "stick" when satisfied that the hand will defeat the dealers. There are no other opponents in Classic Blackjack, so you can concentrate your efforts solely on the dealer and creating the best hand possible.
To form winning hands, the player must use cards which carry varying values. For example, cards from 2 to 10 are worth their face value, picture cards (aces, kings, queens and jacks) are worth 10 and aces are worth either 1 or 11. An ace and any card with a value of 10 results in "Blackjack" - the ultimate hand to have and pays outs at 3:2. In Classic Blackjack you can even win when the dealer gets blackjack if you've selected the "insurance" option before the dealer reveals his last card. This pays out out at a very satisfying 2:1.
Other factors in enjoying and winning Classic Blackjack are; the dealer must stick on 17 (but knows what hand to build to beat the player as the player starts the proceedings), players may "double down" if their first two cards equal 9, 10 or 11 and a hand maybe "split" if the hand contains two cards of equal number (i.e. two sevens, two Kings). Aces can also be split but can not be used to form blackjack.
