Weekly Tournament T&Cs

• A Player needs to opt-in to the Promotion via the in-game pop-up or from the “Join Now” button found in the Tournaments category in the in-game 777 icon.
• After placing a Qualifying Bet, a Player must play a Qualifying Spin (see Appendix for definitions) to be eligible to win a cash prize during the Promotion. A bet placed with bonus money or in-game promotional free spins will be classed as a Qualifying Bet.
• A player must play one of the following eligible games:

• A Player will be awarded points for achieving the Win Criteria. For example, if a Player places a £10 bet and wins £2,500 with one Qualifying Spin, the calculation of points is: £2,500 (winnings) divided by £10 (bet) multiplied by 1,000 (points multiplier) equals 250,000 points awarded to the Player.
• The higher the total value of the points received by a Player with one Qualifying Spin, the higher the Player’s score.
• The leaderboard is ranked by a Player’s score. The score is based on the highest points reached each time the Player achieves the Win Criteria during the tournament, replacing the previous score with the new score (if higher).
• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard when the weekly tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position, depending on a Player’s total score at the end of the weekly tournament.
• If 2 or more Players finish the tournament at the same position on the leaderboard, the Player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.

• If the Network Operator has completed Auto—Claim Prize or Auto—Orphan/Zero integration, it will be utilising the Claim Prize Method.
• Upon tournament conclusion, winning players will receive an in-game win notification prompting them to click “Claim” to accept their Tournament Prize. This notification is displayed immediately if the Player is actively engaged in a Games Global game when the tournament ends.
• If the winning Player is not playing a Games Global game when the tournament ends, the notification will appear the next time they launch a Games Global game, provided this occurs before the 7-day expiration period ends.
• Once the prize is claimed, the player’s wallet will be updated with the cash prize.
• Players who miss the pop-up notification can still claim their prize via the Tournament category in the in-game 777 icon.
• Players must claim their Tournament Prize during the 7-day Tournament Expiration Period. If a Player does not claim within the Tournament Expiration Period, they forfeit it.

1. Players must opt-in weekly at the start or during each leaderboard tournament for the Promotion. If the Network Operator joins midway, the player will receive the opt-in notification upon inclusion.
2. It is the responsibility of the Network Operator to ensure that the Promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Promotion is offered to Players.
3. The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.

Games Global and the Network Operator shall comply with their obligations under any applicable data protection legislation, including but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to

6. There will be no re-allocations made for the Prizes. If awarding a prize is not possible, Games Global reserves the right to close the promotion prizes.
7. Prizes and wins may be subject to any verification processes as may be required by Games Global.
8. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Games Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a prize to a Player.
9. If these Terms and Conditions have been translated into different languages, they reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
10. Games Global reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect Players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
11. The decision of Games Global regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. These Terms and Conditions are between Games Global and the Network Operators only. Network Operators must not reference ‘Games Global’ in their own campaign and terms and conditions relating to the Promotion in any manner whatsoever, without Games Global’s prior written approval.
13. By opting-in to this Promotion, the Network Operators understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and Games Global accepts no liability of any kind, howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator in connection with this Promotion.
14. The availability of this Promotion should not be construed as an offer or invitation to use the Promotion in any country or jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.
15. It is the Network Operators’ responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and licensing conditions, where this Promotion is made available to Players.
16. Games Global accepts no liability of any kind, howsoever caused arising from any activities of a Network Operator or any Player in connection with this Promotion. Games Global is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any Player entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Network Operators agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Games Global from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Promotion by Network Operators and Players.
