Promotional Rules

DROPS & WINS MECHANICS:

• The Network Promotion comprises of one hundred and five (105) daily tournaments (each a “Daily Tournament”) and fifteen (15) weekly wheel drops (each a “Weekly Wheel Drop”). The mechanics are structured on a weekly basis, with each week running from Wednesday at 19:01 CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CET. During each week of the Network Promotion, seven (7) Daily Tournaments and one (1) Weekly Wheel Drop will run in parallel.

WEEKLY WHEEL DROPS:

• To participate in a Weekly Wheel Drop, a player is required to join or opt-in to any participating game.
• To qualify for a random prize, a player must place a real money spin of any bet stake on a participating game (a “Qualifying Bet”) and collect all three (3) wheel pieces.
  • If a player collects only one (1) or two (2) pieces without completing the wheel, they do not qualify for a random prize.
• Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet, with only one (1) piece awarded at a time. Once the first wheel piece is collected, the player becomes eligible to collect the remaining pieces until all three (3) pieces are obtained.
  • Wheel pieces are only used to qualify for a random prize and do not award any reward until all three (3) pieces are collected.
  • Players can track their wheel piece collection via the promotional in-game interface. The number of pieces is displayed visually on the top-left corner promotional ear, showing the number of pieces collected compared to the total required to complete the wheel.
• Upon completing the wheel, a full-screen vertical wheel will be displayed. Players can spin the wheel by tapping or swiping downward to receive a random prize.
• Players participating in a Weekly Wheel Drop may win prizes in the form of a predetermined multiplier of the player’s winning bet amount (i.e the multiplier received multiplied (X) by the bet stake, where the bet amount cannot exceed one Euro (€1) or the currency equivalent for prize payout), Free Spins and/or Instant Bonus as set out in the Weekly Wheel Drop Prize Table provided further below in these terms.
  • Free Spins prizes ("Free Spins") are awarded as twenty (20) free spins in the same game where the prize was won, at the same bet amount placed to win the prize. If the bet stake exceeds the one Euro (€1) value or the currency equivalent, the Free Spins will be awarded at the one Euro (€1) value or the currency equivalent (or the next higher available bet amount). Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time the prize was awarded.
  • Instant bonus prizes (the “Instant Bonus”) are awarded as free direct entry into the bonus feature of a game selected by Pragmatic Play*, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. If the bet stake exceeds the one Euro (€1) value or the currency equivalent, the Instant Bonus will be awarded at the one Euro (€1) value or the currency equivalent (or the next higher available bet amount). Instant Bonus must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time the prize was awarded.

*Pragmatic Play reserves the right to select and change the game where the Instant Bonus prizes will be awarded to players every four (4) weeks at its sole discretion. The selected game title will be communicated to Operators one (1) month prior to the beginning of each new promotional month.

Free Spins prizes may be subject to a change in awarding mechanics, such that they could be awarded in a selected game rather than the same game in which the prize was won. Any such changes will be communicated by Pragmatic Play at least one (1) month prior to implementation.

• Winnings from a Weekly Wheel Drop must be credited to players as cash amounts (in player’s local currency) without any wagering requirements.
• If a player purchases an in-game bonus feature (Bonus/Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”), their prize will be awarded before entering the Bonus/Free Spins feature mode, based on the one Euro (€1) value. The Bonus Buy availability is dependent on the player’s jurisdiction.
• If a player places a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (“Ante Bet”), their prize will be awarded at the same bet level, or at the one Euro (€1) value if the bet stake exceeds the maximum allowed amount. The Ante Bet availability is dependent on player’s jurisdiction.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Free Spins prizes and/or Instant Bonus prizes won during a Weekly Wheel Drop are excluded from multipliers of players’ winning bets prize mechanics.
• Players can track their own wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of each participating game.
• Each Weekly Wheel Drop will end weekly upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
• Players need to complete all steps described above to receive a prize. Each player can win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop.

DAILY TOURNAMENTS:

• To participate in a Daily Tournament, a player is required to join or opt-in in any Participating Game and play a real money spin with a minimum of fifteen Euro cents (€0.15) or the currency equivalent on any of the participating games (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
  • Only the first five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Bets placed on any participating game will be eligible to score on the Daily Tournament leaderboard (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”). Once the limit is reached, the player can continue playing, but their bets will no longer count toward the Daily Tournament score.
• To qualify for a prize, players need to collect at least one (1) leaderboard point. No tournament points are rewarded for game play prior to opting-in, and points will not be rewarded retroactively.
• Players participating in a Daily Tournament may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Daily Tournaments Prize Table provided in these terms, further below.
• Prizes will be awarded according to the final leaderboard positions at the end of each Daily Tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position, according to their total score.
• The score is calculated as the total sum of all wins multipliers received during a Daily Tournament. Points are earned for every spin played with a Qualifying Bet that results in a win multiplier (i.e win divided by stake amount) exceeding one (1). Win multipliers with decimals above 0.5 are rounded up to the next whole number, while those under 0.5 are rounded down to zero (0).

Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:

Score = Win / bet (1) + … + Win / bet (n)

Player bets €1 and wins €50 => Score = €50 / €1 = 50

Player bets €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = €1000 / €5 = 200

Player buys a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €20 and wins €1000 => Score = €1000 / €20 = 50

The final score will be 200 + 50 + 50 = 300

• Tournament points reset to zero (0) at the start of every new Daily Tournament.
• If a player purchases an in-game bonus feature (i.e Bonus Feature/Free Spins Feature) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”) or places a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (only in the applicable jurisdictions), their Daily Tournament score will be calculated based on the corresponding Bonus Buy or special bet amount, and not the base bet amount. The Bonus Buy will be applicable only to permitted jurisdictions.
• If a Bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered during gameplay and the player reaches the maximum multiplier win before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. The total amount won, including any wins from the initial spin, will count towards their Daily Tournament score.
• If a player wins a Jackpot in any participating game, the Jackpot win will not be counted for the tournament score.
• In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who reached the points score first.
• The tournament is updated in real time, allowing any player to view the leaderboard in real-time and in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.

Other General Rules

• To participate in the Network Promotion, Operators must place at least one (1) banner with the main logo “Drops & Wins” on their official brand/betting site(s), add the “Drops & Wins” logo to the participating games, and create a dedicated section for “Drops & Wins” in prominent lobby placements.
• The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.
• Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and in other media including social media platforms.
• It shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to opt into the Network Promotion.
• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, at its discretion, amend at any time.
• Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated seven million three hundred and fifty thousand Euro (€7,350,000) for the Network Promotion in aggregate during the Network Promotion Term. This estimate may vary due to the Weekly Wheel Drops promotional mechanics.
• Any non-fixed prizes, including Weekly Wheel Drop prizes, exceeding seven million three hundred and fifty thousand Euro (€7,350,000) may be deferred for payout until the last month of the Network Promotion Term or adjusted to align with budgetary limits.
• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play’s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the participating game is offered to players.
• The following in–game tool languages are available: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. Availability may vary during the Network Promotional Term.
• In-game tool currency: Pragmatic Play’s games support all currencies included in the standard currency system ISO 4217 (“Available Currency”).
• The currency conversion rates of in-game prize tables may be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.
• The minimum bet currency equivalent is to be found in Pragmatic Play’s Client Area in a separate document available in the dedicated Drops & Wins section called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates may be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.
• The equivalent currency conversion rates are found in Pragmatic Play’s Client Area in a separate document available in the dedicated Drops & Wins section called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, then a system conversion rate locked in for the period of a Weekly Wheel Drop and Daily Tournament will be used instead. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates may be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.
• The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
• Prize payouts may be provided either manually or automatically, depending on the Operator’s method of integration.
  • Where prizes are paid manually, the Operator shall credit all players’ winnings in accordance with the maximum time limits set by local regulations.
  • Where prizes are paid automatically, the Operator shall credit all players’ winnings directly to their cash balances.
• Prizes/wins may be subjected to additional verification checks/processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
• Operators cannot reduce or withhold payouts based on local win limits or other restrictions. In such cases, the Operator shall notify Pragmatic Play and take necessary steps to ensure the full prize amount is distributed.
• Each Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Daily Tournament or Weekly Wheel Drop.
• Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators for any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts into EUR (€) currency.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to thoroughly review players activities to identify any potential abuse. Pragmatic Play may require the Operator’s assistance in this review from a risk management perspective and to ensure fair play within its Network Promotion. If the review indicates abusive behaviour, Pragmatic Play reserves the right to forfeit any amounts paid to winning players, which will be communicated to the Operator and will not be deducted from the Operator's invoice.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Wheel Drop and/or Daily Tournament shall be carried forward to subsequent stages or to the next Network Promotion.
• Any players located in Denmark, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Sweden shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages, these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
