World Cup Dream Team Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to invited players who opt in and select their team between 14:00 (UK Time) on Tuesday 12th June until 23:59 (UK Time) on Sunday 15th July.
2. Players can select only one team.
3. If the selected team wins a match, players will be credited with 5 Free Games on the following day.
4. To qualify for this promotion, players must have made at least one deposit.
5. If the selected team wins the World Cup, players will be entered into the prize draw.
6. The prize draw will take place on the 16th July before 17:00 (UK Time).
7. The prize draw winner will win an Exclusive Holiday for two to the country of winning team.

20% Profit Boost Terms & Conditions

1. Players will receive a 20% profit boost on the matches chosen as part of the World Cup Dream team promotion. For example, if a player selects England as their country they'll receive one 20% Profit Boost to use on each of the Tunisia v England, England v Panama & England v Belgium Matches, plus any matches England qualify for thereafter. Additional Profit Boosts for teams that qualify will be available on the day of the match. Profit Boosts will take up to 15 minutes to be added on a players account.
2. To use their Profit Boost players simply go to their selected match, click on any selection to add it to the betslip and put their stake in up to a maximum of £25, then select the '20% Profit Boost' from the betslip - the odds will be boosted instantly.
3. Applies to single bets only. The maximum stake for a profit boost is £25. If a customer tries to place a bet larger than this stake amount they will receive an error message.
4. The profit boost is calculated on net profit from a players qualifying bet, excluding original stake. For example, a winning £10 bet at 2/1 would generate £20 net profit which would be used to calculate the profit boost payout.
5. The profit boost cannot be used to boost the odds of a free bet.
6. Bets enhanced using a profit boost will not be eligible for our early cash-in feature.
7. In the event a qualifying bet is made void, the stake will be returned and the profit boost can be used on another selection.
8. Unused profit boosts will expire after the event has finished and will not be re-credited to use on any other event.
9. This promotion is restricted to one set of 20% Profit Boosts per player per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.

Free Games Terms and Conditions

1. Free Games are available for real money players invited by email or through an onsite notification.
2. Free Games will be available to claim from 12:01 (UK Time) until 23:59 (UK Time) the day after the selected team wins the match. The final day for crediting the Free Games will be on Monday 16th July 2018.
3. Unused Free Games will expire after 7 days of crediting.
4. Winnings generated from Free Games received for which no deposit is required will have a maximum withdrawal of £100, or currency equivalent. Any withdrawal request for winnings in excess of this amount will result in only the maximum of £100 being processed with the remainder being removed from the account balance.
5. Free Games will be awarded at maximum paylines, 1 coin at 0.01 size.

7. Players with accounts across 32Red Casino and Roxy Palace can only claim 1 set of 5 Free Games on Football Star or Shoot!. For the purpose of this promotion, such accounts will be identified by surname, date of birth and registered email address.

Holiday Terms and Conditions

1. Prize draw winner will win an Exclusive Holiday for two to the country of the winning team. The package will include return flights from the UK, private airport transfers, accommodation and additional activities.
2. The guest travelling with the winning player must be over 18 at the time of the holiday.
3. The holiday is provided by Initial Rewards. The holiday date is flexible throughout 2018, but it must be taken after 30th July 2018 and before 30th November 2018. By accepting the prize, the winning player agrees to Initial Rewards terms and conditions.
4. The holiday winner will be notified by email or phone on Tuesday 17th July 2018 and must respond within 72hrs to accept. In the event of failure to respond within the specified period, 32Red reserves the right to draw another player (and the same acceptance criteria as provided under this condition, will apply).
5. The holiday is non-transferable and tickets to events or excursions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to substitute any elements or experience during the holiday to a similar experience of an equivalent value should they become unavailable for any reason.
6. A cash alternative will be offered at the discretion of 32Red.
7. 32Red do not accept any responsibility for any travel disruptions or failure of the travel agent or any other related third party to fulfil its contractual obligations in relation to this promotion.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is restricted to one player per household, even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
2. The casino may, at their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players to participate in this promotion, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users. No correspondence will be entered into. 32Red’s decision will be considered final in the event of a dispute.
3. The casino reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance.
