Understanding your Account Balances

When you log into your 32Red account, you'll notice three different balances displayed. Each of these represents a different type of funds, and knowing how they work will help you manage your play effectively.

Cash Balance

This is your real money balance. You can use these funds to play any games or withdraw them at any time without restrictions.

Bonus Balance

These are bonus funds awarded as part of a promotion. They can only be withdrawn once you meet the wagering requirements set by the specific offer. Until then, they remain in your Bonus Balance.

Restricted Balance

This includes deposited funds that are linked to an active bonus. Since these funds are tied to the terms of the bonus, you won’t be able to withdraw them until either the wagering requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

When you place a bet, your funds will be deducted in the following order:

Restricted Balance – Used first, as these funds are tied to an active bonus.

Bonus Balance – Used once your Restricted Balance is depleted.

Cash Balance – Used last, ensuring your real money remains available for withdrawal until necessary.

Any winnings you earn from gameplay will be returned to the same balance from which the funds were originally used.

Bonus Rules & Considerations

• Withdrawing Restricted Funds – If you wish to withdraw funds from your Restricted Balance before meeting the wagering requirements, you must forfeit the bonus. This means you will lose the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Maximum Bet Limits – While a bonus is active, there may be a limit on the maximum bet you can place. Once the wagering requirements are completed, normal bet limits will apply.

• Gamble & Double Features – Any wagers placed using the Gamble Feature on slots or the Double Feature on Video/Power Poker games will not contribute toward meeting playthrough requirements. If you have an active bonus, bet sizes may also be restricted while using these features.

• Accepting a New Bonus – If you opt into a new bonus while you still have an active one, the existing bonus (including unsettled bets and any associated winnings) will be automatically cancelled.
