You may not be able to access your account for various reasons:
- Incorrect Password: Ensure you are entering the correct password. Your account will be temporarily blocked after 5 unsuccessful attempts. The block will be lifted after 10 minutes. If you do not remember your password, please click on 'Forgotten password?' in the login page to reset it.
- Account Locked: If you can log in but you are currently unable to deposit, withdraw or play, your account may be temporarily restricted following a routine review. We regularly review account activity to ensure our players are gambling responsibly. In this case, we will have sent you an email and a message in the Messages section of your account.
- Verification: If we require documents from you, or are still reviewing those submitted, your account may be temporarily restricted. You can check the status here.
- Self-Exclusion: If you’ve activated the Self-Exclusion feature, you will be locked out during the exclusion period.
- Account Closed: If you have deactivated your account, you can easily reopen it directly from the Login page.
