By entering into a Self Exclusion agreement with 32Red you will be prevented from using your account for a period of between 6 and 60 months. We will take reasonable steps to prevent you opening new accounts and during the period of Self Exclusion you must not attempt to re-open your account or open additional accounts. During this period of self-exclusion 32Red Plc will not distribute any promotional emails.

Entering Self Exclusion will not impact any pending withdrawals and the Casino will return remaining cash balances which are eligible for withdrawal at the point of exclusion. If you have outstanding bets in play you will need to contact the Casino following the event to request the withdrawal of any winnings. Bets struck will not be cancelled.
