Although he has won a point in testing ground, perhaps the 2m7f trip proved just beyond him at Lingfield last time. He is clearly still a work in progress as well, and will come into his own when seeing a fence again, but he had earlier shaped well for me over a shorter trip at Newbury and I think he has the ability to take a hand here off a mark of 115. It isn’t generous on what he has shown to date, but there is improvement there and I like him.
