Glendermot

I haven’t sat on him before and he doesn’t look to have an obvious chance after finishing last of four on his most recent start at Warwick.  And he possibly would like some rain in the next 24 hours or so. But he is only 3lb higher than when winning over this trip at Leicester last month and he has claims if returning to that kind of form.

Church Leap

I was on board when he won a National Hunt Flat race on his racecourse debut on the all-weather at Lingfield a couple of years ago and, while he hasn’t shown his level of bumper form over hurdles so far,  he hasn’t run badly on occasions. He mixed it with some good horses on his first two hurdle starts and then was coming off a long absence when sixth at Sandown last month, where I was happy enough with him.  I think he is probably fairly-treated off a mark of 104 on his handicap debut, and hopefully he will go well with that Sandown run under his belt.
