He obviously hasn’t run up to his best this season, and a draw in 10 is hardly ideal. And the handicapper has been slow to drop him much for his recent runs. But we know he is a lot better than that and he would clearly have chances if coming back to the form of his heavy-ground Haydock win last season, and he handles this better type of surface, too. And Hugo has his horses in great form. The draw makes life very tough, though.
